H.S. Admission Procedure

Students who have passed the Class 10 examination from a recognised board / council are eligible for admission into the H.S. course, subject to the eligibility criteria laid down by A.S.S.E.B. Selection is made strictly on the basis of merit immediately after the H.S.L.C. result is declared.

Apply online through DARPAN — the official admission portal of Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB).

Merit selection

A selection list is generated automatically as per seat availability and your H.S.L.C. merit.

Submit form & documents

Selected students fill the institution's Admission Form, submit documents and pay fees to confirm enrolment.

Applying through the online portal alone does not ensure admission. After selection, students must obtain the Admission Form along with the Prospectus from the institution office and complete the formalities in person.

Documents required (originals + photocopies)

• Pass Certificate and Mark sheet of H.S.L.C. exam
• Admit Card of H.S.L.C. / Class 10 exam
• Caste Certificate
• Gap Certificate, if necessary
• Migration Certificate, if necessary
• Certificate for sports / music / cultural activities (if claiming quota)
• Two unattested passport-size colour photographs

Eligibility (age as on 1st April)

• Nursery — 3+ years
• LKG — 4+ years
• UKG — 5+ years
• Class I — 6+ years
• Class XI — successful completion of Class X from a recognised board

General Instructions

Read the Prospectus carefully before filling the Admission Form.

All correspondence regarding admission should be made only with the Principal.

Signatures and photographs must be identical in all places — no variation.

Attach all required supporting documents.

Forms in any other format will not be accepted.

Incomplete or late application forms will be rejected.

Any false information leads to immediate cancellation of admission.

Admission fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance.

The decision of the Academic Committee is final and binding.

All disputes fall within the jurisdiction of Courts in Assam only.
